整合素β1在心血管病中作用的研究进展

摘要

整合素是细胞表面重要的粘附分子,一类重要受体家族,其重要作用是介导细胞间、细胞与细胞外基质间的黏附,并调控细胞的增殖、分化、迁移以及组织重塑,对于维持细胞形态和生长有着重要的作用.本文主要对近年来整合素β1在心血管病中作用的研究进展作一概述.%As important adhesion molecule on cell surface,integrin is a kind of important receptor family. It′s im- portant role is to mediate intercellular adhesion and adhesion between cells and extracellular matrix,also regulate proliferation,differentiation,migration of cells and tissue remodeling,and plays an important role in maintaining cellular form and growth.The present article made a short review about research progress of integrin β1 effect in cardiovascular diseases in recent years.
