Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of MEBO Ointment combined with MEBO Wound&Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of Incontinence-associated Dermatitis. Methods Divide the 34 cases treated from Octo-ber, 2013 to August, 2014 with incontinence-associated dermatitis into two groups randomly; apply MEBO Ointment com-bined with MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in the experiment group (n=17) while apply the radix arnebiaeseulithospermi oil for skin care in the control group (n=17) and observe the curative effects and healing time of dermatitis wounds in the two groups. Results 14 cases healed and 3 cases became better and no case was ineffective in the experiment group while in the control group 7 cases healed and 5 cases became better and 5 cases was ineffective. There was significant difference statistically as comparing the both groups (P＜0.05). In the experiment group, the average healing time of mild degree dermatitis was 3.7 d ± 1.4 d and the moderate dermatitis was 5.9 d ± 1.5 d and the severe dermatitis was 7.2 d ± 0.9 d while in the control group, the average healing time of mild degree dermatitis was 5.9 d ± 1.2 d and the moderate dermatitis was 8.2 d ± 1.3 d and the severe dermatitis was 11.3 d ± 0.7 d, and there is significant difference statistically as comparing the both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect and healing time of MEBO Ointment combined with MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of incontinence-associated dermatitis are superior to that of the radix arnebiaeseulithospermi oil treatment, deserving to be popularized.%目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗失禁相关性皮炎的临床疗效.方法 将2013年10月至2014年8月收治的34例失禁相关性皮炎患者随机分为两组,试验组(17例)采用湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗,对照组(17例)采用紫草油护理皮肤,观察两组患者皮炎创面的愈合效果及愈合时间.结果 试验组治愈14例、好转3例、无效0 例,对照组治愈7 例、好转5 例、无效5 例,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05); 试验组创面平均愈合时间为轻度3.7d±1.4d、中度5.9d±1.5d、重度7.2d±0.9d,对照组创面平均愈合时间为轻度5.9d±1.2d、中度8.2d±1.3d、重度11.3d±0.7d,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗失禁相关性皮炎疗效显著,愈合时间明显短于紫草油治疗者,值得临床推广.
