水动力清创系统在创面处理中的使用进展

摘要

Clearing away the devitalized tissue is a routine process for clinical wound management and is crucial for wound healing.Recently there are many kinds of techniques of debridement like sharp debridement,autolytic debridement, enzymatic autolysis debridement and biodebridement.Each technique has its advantages and disadvantages.Hydrosurgery system with many advantages such as quick and efficient,easy to operate and lower second operation rate,has been used in wound management of various diseases and shows significant efficacy.In this article we reviewed recent literatures of hy-drosurgery system used in wound management and other medical fields,aiming at summarizing the advantages and disad-vantages of hydrosurgery system through systematic and comprehensive overview and comparison of main opinions,so as to offer a reference for its clinical application in the future.%作为临床伤口处理中的常规程序,清除失活组织对伤口的愈合至关重要.现阶段清创的方法有很多种,例如常规锐器清创、自溶清创、酶解清创、生物清创等,每一种清创手段都各有利弊.而水动力清创系统(以下简称水刀系统)凭借其高效快速、操作简单、减少手术次数等优点,在不同疾病的伤口处理中均效果显著.本文回顾了近年来水刀系统应用于伤口处理及其他领域的最新研究进展,旨在通过系统全面的概述、各种主要观点的比较,对水力系统的优缺点作一综述,进而为其后续在临床的运用提供参考.
