快速血液粘度测量过程中的误差分析

         

摘要

Based on the disadvantages of traditional methods to measure blood viscosity, a new method of real-time and in-vivo measurement was put forth. We also had setup a mathematical model. On this basis, a corresponding measurement instrument was designed, and in-vivo and off-line experiments of measurement of animal and patients blood samples were carried out. The performance of the instrument was calibrated by standardized oil, and the results showed that the total system error was less than 3‰, and under all the shear rates, the error of measurement value was less than 3%. It demonstrated that the consistency and the repeatability of the instrument were satisfactory. We discussed the major error sources that might influence the experiment result and the methods to control them. The aim was to obtain the scope of whole system error by means of experiment and theoretical analysis, in order to spread the use of this method.%基于传统血液粘度测量方法的不足,本文提出了一种新的实时在体测量方法,并建立了数学模型。在此基础上,设计了相应的测量装置,进行了动物和病人血样的离体和在体实验。仪器经标准液标定结果表明,系统的总误差在3‰以内,在固定的切变率上,粘度测量值的误差均在3%以下。实验证明这种方法具有良好的一致性和重复性。本文就影响实验结果的主要误差来源及控制的方法进行探讨,旨在通过实验和理论分析得到系统的总的误差范围,以利于该测量方案的推广应用。
