目的:研究重组人白细胞介素-11( rhIL-11)对小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂和增殖细胞核抗原( proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)表达的影响。方法采用雌激素周期性小鼠阴道上皮增殖银屑病实验模型及PCNA免疫组化方法,测定白细胞介素-11对小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂和PCNA表达的影响。结果白细胞介素-11可显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂( P<0.01),并显著抑制PCNA的表达( P<0.01)。结论白细胞介素-11可明显抑制上皮细胞有丝分裂和PCNA的表达,对银屑病等表皮过度增殖性异常病变有较好的防治作用。%Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of recombinant human interleukin-11 (rhIL-11) on the vaginal epithelium mitosis of estrone periodical mice and the exprssion of PCNA.Methods The vaginal epithelium mitosis of estrone periodical mice was used as the epidermis hyperplasia model, rhIL-11 action in regulating the epidermis hyperplasia was observed and the expression of PCNA was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The rhIL-11 significantly inhibited the mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelium, decreased the expression of PCNA ( P <0.01).Conclusion The rhIL-11 has good efficacy in treating the epidermis hyperplasia of psoriasis by inhibiting the mitosis of epithelium and decreasing the expression of PCNA.
