Objective To study the clinical effect of ambrocol oral liquid, psychological intervention on children with bronchiolitis. Methods 300 cases of bronchiolitis patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group had 150 cases. The control group were given ambrocol hydrochloride treatment, the experimental group on the basis of psychological intervention, psychological status of children with attention, good appease, increasing confidence in treatment and treatment compliance of children. Comparative analysis of two groups of children related clinical indicators. Results In the experimental group, 20 cases were ineffective, and the total effective number was 130 cases. The total number of effective cases in the control group was 110 cases, the effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the effective rate was 73.33%, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The time of coughing and wheezing in the experimental group was (4.65±2.40) d and (2.10±0.72) d, significantly shorter than that of the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of ambrocol oral liquid, psychological intervention on children with bronchiolitis is ideal, improve clinical signs in children has clinical significance.%目的 分析盐酸氨溴特罗口服液、心理干预佐治小儿毛细支气管炎临床效果.方法 选取永康市妇幼保健院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的300例毛细支气管炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组150例.对照组患儿给予盐酸氨溴特罗口服液治疗,实验组在此基础上给予心理干预,关注患儿的心理状态,做好安抚工作,增加患儿的治疗信心和治疗依从性.比较分析2组患儿相关临床指标.结果 实验组患儿中,20例患儿无效,总有效例数为130例.对照组中,总有效例数为110例.可得,实验组患儿显效率为86.67%显著高于对照组有效率73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患儿的咳嗽以及喘憋消失时间分别为(4.65±2.40)d和(2.10±0.72)d,显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 盐酸氨溴特罗口服液、心理干预佐治小儿毛细支气管炎临床效果较为理想,改善患儿相关临床症状.
