参芪扶正注射液对晚期胃癌化疗患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 研究参芪扶正注射液对治疗晚期胃癌化疗患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响.方法 将2014年7月～2017年4月舟山市中医院治疗的100例胃癌晚期患者随机分为2组,对照组患者采用常规FOLTOX方案进行化疗,实验组患者此外还接受参芪扶正注射液,将2组患者治疗后免疫功能情况及生活质量进行统计并分析.结果 相比于对照组患者,应用参芪扶正注射液治疗的患者CD3+含量得到有效提升,CD8+含量得到有效降低,CD4+/CD8+比率有效提升.参芪扶正注射液能有效改善患者免疫功能,差异具统计学意义(P＜0.01).治疗组食量增加患者数为39例,对照组为26例,差异具统计学意义(x2=7.43,P＜0.01).治疗组睡眠改善患者数为40例,对照组为25例,差异具统计学意义(x2=9.89,P＜0.01).结论 在FOLTOX方案上添加应用参芪扶正注射液能有效提高患者免疫力,改善生活质量.参芪扶正注射液在临床上值得推广.%Objective To study the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 100 Patients with advanced gastric cancer treated from July 2014 to April 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional FOLTOX regimen.The patients in the experimental group received Shenqi Fuzheng injection.The immunological function and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group, the content of CD3+ was significantly improved in the patients treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection, the content of CD8+ was effectively decreased and the CD4+ / CD8+ ratio was effectively improved.Shenqi Fuzheng injection can effectively improve the immune function of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The number of patients in the treatment group was 39, and the control group was 26, the difference was statistically significant(x2 =7.43, P<0.01).There were 40 patients with sleep improvement in the treatment group and 25 patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x2 =9.89, P<0.01).Conclusion Applying Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on FOLTOX can effectively improve the immunity of patients and improve the quality of life.Shenqi Fuzheng injection in clinical worthy of promotion.
