元参组方对急性辐射损伤的保护机理研究

摘要

目的:观察元参组方对急性放射损伤的保护作用及其作用机理.方法:以X射线照射小鼠全身引起辐射损伤,观察元参组方对辐射小鼠白细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、粒系造血祖细胞和脾脏指数的影响.结果:元参组方对正常小鼠和受照小鼠白细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、造血干细胞和粒系造血祖细胞有明显的升高作用,疗效高于“养血饮”.结论:元参组方能促使造血干细胞的增殖与分化,对急性放射性损伤有显著治疗作用.%Objective To observe the protective effect of Yuanshen composing prescriptions on acute radiation injury. Methods The model was made in mice by X-ray radiation. The white blood cells ( WBC ) , bone marrow nucleated cells ( BMNC) , CFU-G, CFU-S were measured. Results Yuanshen composing prescriptions could increase WBC, BMNC, CFU-G and CFU-S. The effect was higher than "Nourishing drink". Conclusion: Xuanshen composing prescriptions can promote proliferation and differentiation of Hematopoietic stem cells and have significant treatment effect on acute radiation injury.
