桂枝汤对高血脂心肌缺血大鼠脂代谢紊乱的调节作用

摘要

Objective;To observe the effects of Guizhi tang on blood lipid level and the pathology of fatty degeneration of the liver in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods; Hyperlipemia models were induced and pituitrin was abdominal cavity injected for three tiems at the end of experiment. . The levels of blood biochemical parameters and the pathology of fatty degeneration of the liver were detected. Results; Guizhi tang significantly decreses serum levels of TC , TG, LDL, MDA, increased level of HDL. Improves plasma activities of LPL , HL and SOD. Pathological examination of the liver showed milder hepatic pathology of fatty degeneration in the Guizhi tang groups than in the model group. Conclusion; Guizhi tang can modulate the blood lipid levels, ameliorate the hepatic pathology of fatty degeneration in hyperlipidemic rats.%目的:观察桂枝汤对高脂心肌缺血大鼠血脂水平及肝脏脂肪病变程度的影响.方法:高脂饲料喂养,并于实验结束72h前分三次腹腔注射垂体后叶素,建立大鼠高脂血症心肌缺血模型.检测各组血液生化指标及肝脂肪变性程度.结果:桂枝汤能降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA水平；增加HDL含量；升高LPL、HL及SOD的活性；减轻大鼠肝脂肪变性的程度.结论:桂枝汤可以调节高脂大鼠血脂代谢,改善肝细胞脂肪变程度.
