栝楼薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病复杂、难治性心律失常的效果评价

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated and refractory arrhythmia (phlegm-blood stasis).Methods:43 patients,who were diagosed for coronary heart disease complicated,refractory arrhythmias (phlegm-blood stasis),were treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang for 4 weeks,in order to facilitate the evaluation of its efficacy after the treatment.Results:After 4 weeks treatment,the total efficiency is 90.70％,and no patients appeared anything adverse event.The clinical symptoms were further improved after further taking the medicine3-6 months.Conclusions:Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction has significant effect and good safety in treating coronary heart disease complicated and refractory arrhythmia (phlegm-blood stasis).And obviously improve the rhythm of the patients worried by coronary heart disease with complex arrhythmias (phlegm-blood stasis).%目的:观察栝楼薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病复杂、难治性心律失常(痰瘀互结证)的临床有效性和安全性.方法:43例诊断为冠心痛复杂、难治性心律失常(痰瘀互结证)的患者,用栝楼薤白半夏汤加减治疗4周后评定疗效.结果:临床总有效率达90.70％,未出现任何不良事件.坚持用药3～6个月者,临床症状可进一步改善.结论:栝楼薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心痛复杂、难治性心律失常(痰瘀互结证)疗效显著,安全性好.
