少腹合剂配合穴位贴敷治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ShaoFuHeJi combined with ShenQueTie in treating Damp Heat and Blood Stasis(DPBS) Type Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(PID).Methods:180 cases were randomized into two groups,with 90 cases in the treatment group and 90 cases of the control group.In it the 90 cases were treated by ShaoFuHeJi combined with ShenQueTie,and for the control group 90 cases were treated by KangFuXiaoYanShuan,with the course of 10 days.After two courses,the clinical efficacy and changes of syndrome were observed.Meanwhile,pelvic hemodynamics,T cell subsets,TNF-A,IL-2,blood theology and CRP were observed.Results:Treatment group total effective rate was 93.3％,in the control group it was 87.8％.The difference between groups was not significant;The treatment group is better than the control group in improving the symptoms and signs of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients,improving uterine artery blood flow and lowering TNF-α,adjusting the T lymphocyte subsets CD4 + 、CD8 + 、CD4 +/CD8 + etc.And no obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment.Conclusion:ShaoFuHeJi combined with ShenQueTie has positive effect on DPBS type sequelae of PID by improving the clinical symptoms.Worthy of further research and clinical application.%目的:探讨少腹合剂保留灌肠配合神阙贴敷脐法治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型的临床治疗效果.方法:将180例慢性盆腔炎患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各90例,试验组应用自制少腹合剂保留灌肠配合神阙贴外敷神阙穴,对照组应用康妇消炎栓纳肛,10d为1个疗程,2组各治疗2个疗程.结果:试验组临床总有效率93.3％,对照组87.8％,2组间比较差异无统计学意义;试验组在改善湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者的症状及体征,降低血液黏稠度,改善子宫动脉血流,降低TNF-α,调节T淋巴细胞亚群:降低CD8+亚群数量和升高CD4+/CD8+比值等方面均优于对照组,且治疗过程中均未发现明显不良反应.结论:少腹合剂保留灌肠配合神阙贴敷脐法,对于湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者临床疗效显著,可进一步研究并广泛用于临床治疗.
