病证结合动物模型的思考

摘要

目前常用的病证结合动物模型造模方法有:建立疾病模型,动态观察模型出现的证候;辨析自发性疾病动物模型证候:以方测证判定疾病模型证型;建立证候模型检测特定指标认为存在某种疾病;疾病模型与证候模型相叠加.故在动物模型复制原则的基础上,对上述造模方法进行分析,探析病证结合动物模型存在的问题,并提出一些解决问题的思路:造模时应考虑人与动物模型的差异,重视单因素与多因素造模对模型的影响,应统一同一证候造模方法并建立统一的评价体系.%There are five methods of animal model reproduce which combines diseases with syndromes.The first method is to establish disease models,consistently observe the syndromes that the model appears.The second is to analyze the syndromes of spontaneous animal models of disease.The third,to differentiate the syndromes of the disease models,with the way of differentiating syndrome with formula,The fourth,to diagnose diseases through the testing of specific index,after the syndrome model is established.The fifth method is to superpose disease models and syndrome models.In accordance with the principles of replication of animal models,the paper analyzes the five methods,explores the problems in the animal models combined disease and syndrome,and proposes some solutions.First,when establish animal model,the differences between human and animal models should be taken into consideration.Then we should pay attention to the influence of models established by single factor and multifactor.And the modeling method of the same syndrome should be unified.Finally we should establish a unified evaluation system.
