参苓白术颗粒治疗功能性腹泻剂量与疗效关系研究

摘要

目的:观察不同剂量参苓白术颗粒对功能性腹泻的疗效.方法:选取符合病例纳入标准的功能性腹泻患者100例,随机分为2组,A组58例,B组42例,A组用美纳舒参苓白术颗粒(3g/袋),B组用腾药参苓白术颗粒(6g/袋);复诊及随访时间为14 d、28 d,治疗后对患者的临床指标进行观察并分析.结果:治疗后2组在改善腹泻次数、便质、腹痛、食欲不振、倦怠乏力症状方面比较差异有统计学意义,美纳舒参苓白术颗粒(3 g/袋)疗效优于腾药参苓白术颗粒(6 g/袋).结论:通过比较2种参苓白术颗粒治疗功能性腹泻的临床疗效,为临床合理用药提供参考.%Objective:Compared the clinical efficacy of Functional Diarrhea treated by 2 different dose ShenlingBaizhu particle.Methods:100 cases that met the criteria of patients whit functional diarrhea were selected.The cases were randomly divided into A group and B group,58 cases and 42 cases,respectively.A group application of Mei Na Shu Shenling Baizhu particle(3 g/bag),A group application of Teng Drugs Shenling Baizhu particle(6 g/bag),Referral and follow-up time:the 14th dayand 28th day.The clinical indexes were observed and analyzed after the treatment.Results:After treatment,there were statistical significances in improving the symptoms of the number of diarrhea,then quality,abdominal pain,loss of appetite,lassitude,with the Mei Na Shu Shenling Baizhu particle(3 g/bag)being superior to the Teng Drugs Shenling Baizhu particle(6 g/bag),Conclusion:By comparing the two kinds of Shenling Baizhu particle in the clinical efficacy,to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.
