中医单证研究进展

摘要

Single syndrome is one of the most important parts for the research on syndromes.This paper aims to trace the origin and analyze the current status of single syndrome research so as to lay a solid foundation for future research on syndromes.This study tries to categorize and summarize the single syndrome research by exploring the papers about single syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine on CNKI.Great progress has been made on the conceptional and theoretical research on single syndrome.Meanwhile,a lot of work has been done to study both the regularities of distribution of syndromes and ways of identification of multiple diseases.Single syndrome is of great importance for the research on syndromes.Considerable achievements have been made in such field.However,there still is room for the progress on clarifying certain concepts and perfecting the ways of identification.%单证是证候研究极为重要的研究单元之一,梳理其历史源流和研究现状可以为今后的证候研究奠定基础.通过CNKI检索有关单证的中医文献并对其进行分类阐述和归纳,可以发现单证的概念和理论研究取得了极大进展,同时在多个病种的证候分布规律方面做了相当多的研究,对证候的辨识方式进行了较为深入的探讨.然而虽然目前的单证研究取得了相当大的成绩,但也存在概念不明确、辨识方法不理想的不足.
