施小墨临床运用“调畅气机汤”经验举隅

摘要

“调畅气机汤”是施小墨教授治疗气机不畅的自拟方,由桔梗、枳壳、薤白、杏仁组成.故论述“调畅气机汤”治疗气机不畅的作用机制,从月经不调、失眠、糖尿病、食道狭窄等不同病案中分析调畅气机法在常见病治疗中的重要作用.%Regulating Qi decoction is this Shi xiaomo treatment commonly used prescription,constitute by the "Platycodon Grandiflorum,Fructus Auranti,Allium Macrostemon,ahnond".This paper discusses the mechanism of decoction treatment of stagnation of qi activity,from irregular menstruation,insomnia,diabetes,esophageal stricture in several medical record analysis kai xiong shun qi,promoting qi circulation to relieve swelling,regulating qi activity is important role in the common disease treatment.
