从中医“阴阳消长转化”理论探析月经产生机制

摘要

Analysis Mechanisms of menstruation using theory of promotion,reduction and transformation of Yin and Yang of TCM,analyzing with modern medicine,regulating the menstrual function;discussing theoretical basis about periodic regulating menstruation and conclude four key points,including:Yin excessive in follicular phase,Yang excessive in luteal phase relatively;It is a process of yang growth and yin decline that from the follicular phase to the luteal phase,and it is Yang decline and Yin growth which from the luteal phase to the follicular phase;Growth and decline of Yin and Yang is material basis,and transformation of Yin and Yang is the essential about menstruation and ovulation;It is a key in transformation from quantitative to qualitative change that Yang in its extreme gives rise to Yin and Yin in its extreme gives rise to Yang.%通过中医“阴阳消长转化”理论,对照现代医学月经分期,解析中医月经产生机理并归纳为:月经周期中卵泡期阴偏盛,黄体期阳偏盛;月经周期中由卵泡期到黄体期是阳长阴消的过程,而由黄体期到卵泡期是阳消阴长的过程;阴阳的消长是月经产生的物质基础,而阴阳的转化是排卵及行经的根本;“重阴必阳”“重阳必阴”是月经转化过程中由量变到质变的关键.
