脉络学说指导氧化低密度脂蛋白致动脉粥样硬化病理机制探讨

     

摘要

氧化低密度脂蛋白是动脉粥样硬化的重要危险因素, 可以从多方面损伤血管内皮并进一步参与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展.血液中的氧化低密度脂蛋白属于中医"脂浊"范畴, 可以导致胸痹心痛、心悸、心水、中风等脉络病变.脉络学说主张从络气角度研究"脉络—血管系统病"的发病机制, 对"脉络—血管系统病"的防治具有重要指导价值.以脉络学说为指导, 氧化低密度脂蛋白诱发动脉粥样硬化的病理过程是由络气郁滞/虚滞发展到脉络瘀阻的过程.%Oxidized low density lipoprotein (LDL) is an important risk factor for atherosclerosis, which can damage endothelial cells in many ways and further cause atherosclerosis. Oxidized low density lipoprotein has been considered to be part of "lipid turbidity " category in Chinese medicine, which is a major cause of vessel collateral diseases, such as obstruction of heartache, palpitation, heart water and stroke. Vessels Collateral Theory study the pathogenesis of vesselvascular system diseases in perspective of collateral-qi, which is of important theoretical meaning for the improvement of diagnosis and treatment level of vessel-vascular system diseases. Under the guidance of Vessels Collateral Theory, the pathological process of atherosclerosis induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein is a progression form collateral-qi deficiency and stagnation to stasis obstruction of the collateral.
