掌擦法运动生物力学与热效应研究

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the relationship between characteristics of sports biomechanics and heating effect in Linear-Rubbing with the whole palm,and to develop the standardization of this manipulation.Methods:The three-dimensional motion analysis system and Manipulation test system were used simultaneously to collect the data of manipulation.There were 3 Tuina manipulation specialists.The data of manipulation were collected in accordance with the clinical experiences of the operators,which were divided into mild,moderate and strong type by force.After all the test samples were completed,the data were processed with self-developed analysis software.The three-dimensional force of manipulation,cycle and frequency of manipulation were analyzed.Results:With the increase of vertical force and frequency,the temperature gap of surface in the measuring instrument is also increased,and it is increased within a certain range.The range of forward rubbing on vertical force was 5.256 ~ 70.235 N and back rubbing was 3.903 ~ 42.169 N;The range on frequency was 1.27 ~ 1.81 Hz,it was 76 ~ 109 times per minute.Conclusion:Linear-Rubbing with the whole palm has its range on force and frequency.Its surface temperature is not enough high to make the skin hot.%目的:探讨掌擦法运动生物力学特征与热效应之间的关系,拟定掌擦法的操作参数规范.方法:应用三维运动解析系统和推拿手法测试系统同步采集受试者的手法操作数据.受试者为掌擦法专家3名,根据受试者临床实践中用力的轻重分为轻、中、重三型进行采集,测试采样结束后运用自行开发的软件进行数据处理,分析掌擦法的三维力、周期和频率.结果:掌擦法随着垂向力的增大、频率的增快,测力仪表面温度差值也增大,表面温度的升高在一定范围之内.掌擦法的操作参数为垂向力前擦范围5.256~70.235 N,回擦范围3.903 ~42.169 N,频率1.27 ~1.81 Hz,即76~109次/min.结论:掌擦法有一定的施力范围和频率范围,掌擦法不是表面温度很高甚至使皮肤发烫的一种手法.
