我院临床常见病原菌耐药情况及与Mohnarin报告对比分析

     

摘要

目的 了解我院2009-2010年院内常见致病菌对不同类型抗菌药的耐药情况并与卫生部全国细菌耐药监测(Mohnarin)2008年度报告作对比,为临床合理使用抗菌药提供依据.方法 对临床送检标本进行培养,分离出常见致病菌:肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、洛菲不动杆菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)进行检测,将其耐药率进行分析,并与2008年度全国细菌耐药监测结果进行对比,逐个抗菌药物进行X2检验,比较其总体差异性.结果 除了洛菲不动杆菌外,我院抗菌药对几种常见细菌耐药率均略低于全国平均水平.其中MRSA检出率为35.4%,未检出耐万古霉素及替考拉宁菌株;大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌中产ESBLs检出率分别为52.8%和23.8%,未检测出超广谱耐药菌株.结论 我院细菌耐药情况较好,继续开展细菌耐药监测,防止耐药菌产生,以及对指导临床合理应用以及经验应用抗菌药具有重要意义.%Objective To understand our hospital during 2009 to 2010 for different types of nosocomial pathogens in the resistance of Antibiotics and compare with the Mohnarin 2008 annual report, for the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods The cultured bacteria isolated from clinical samples the common pathogens are Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter lafite, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Staphylococcus aureus to detect the Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), analysis and compared the bacterial resistance of the country with the 2008 monitoring results. Use x2 Test for each antibiotics, and compare the overall differences. Results The antibiotic resistance rates of the common bacteria are below the national average except the Lafite Acinetobacter, MRSA detection rate was 35.4%, were not detected in resistant Bacteria of vancomycin and teicoplanin; Escherichia coli, Klebsiella ESBLs were detected in 52.8% and 23.8%. Broad-spectrum Resistant Bacteria is not detected. Conclusion Bacterial resistance is better in our hospital, to continue its monitoring of bacterial resistance to prevent drug-resistant generation, and the clinical application of rational use of antimicrobial drugs, and experience is important.
