分光光度法检测饲料添加剂β-胡萝卜素粉含量的研究

摘要

依据β-胡萝卜素异构体的等吸收波长的特性,建立了用分光光度法测定饲料添加剂β-胡萝卜素粉的测定方法.试样经酶解后,用乙醇和二氯甲烷提取,用环己烷稀释后,在421.0 nm处测定.该方法的检测结果与AOAC2005.7液相色谱法测定的结果吻合;该方法在0.6 ～6 μg/mL浓度范围内有良好的线性,线性回归系数R2=0.999 8;样品测试的相对标准偏差为2.52％.该方法具有快速、准确、分析成本低等优点.%To establish a quantitative method to determination of β-carotene in feed additive by spectrophotometry,based on isobestic wavelength of β-carotene,β-carotene powder is disclosed by enzymatic treatment and then extracted with dichloromethane and ethanol,followed by dilution with cyclohexane.The Absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 421.0 nm.The relative standard deviation is 2.52％,the results of this method is consistent with the results of AOAC 2005.7 method.The method has a good linearity in the range of 0.6～6 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient R2=0.999 8.This method is simple,reliable and economical.
