饲粮中添加黄腐酸对肉仔鸡生产性能和血液生化指标的影响

         

摘要

试验旨在研究不同剂量黄腐酸(fulvic acid,FA)对肉仔鸡生产性能、血液生化指标和抗氧化指标的影响.选用840只1日龄健康爱拔益加(AA)雏鸡(公母各占1/2),随机分为7组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只.设计添加50 mg/kg金霉素和6个FA水平(0、0.012%、0.024%、0.048%、0.120%、0.240%)的7种饲粮.试验期42 d.结果表明:1)与金霉素相比,0.012% ~0.120%FA降低了肉仔鸡1~21日龄平均日采食量(P<0.05);与对照组相比,1~21日龄,0.240% FA增加了肉仔鸡平均日增重(P<0.05),0.048% FA降低了平均日采食量(P<0.05),0.048%和0.240% FA降低了饲料/增重(P<0.05);1 ~42日龄,0.024%和0.240% FA降低了饲料/增重(P<0.05).2)与对照组相比,0.048%FA组42日龄肉仔鸡血浆超氧化物歧化酶活性升高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量降低(P <0.05);0.240%FA组肉仔鸡21日龄血浆白蛋白和总胆红素含量升高(P<0.05),42日龄乳酸脱氢酶活性升高(p<o.05)o提示:0.024%~0.240% FA可改善肉仔鸡生产性能;0.240% FA对肝脏功能有一定不良影响,建议肉仔鸡饲粮中FA添加量低于0.240%.%This current study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary fulvic acid (FA) on performance, blood biochemical parameters and antioxidant indices in broilers. A total of eight hundred and forty 1-day-old Arbor Acres chicks were randomly divided into seven groups, and each group consisted of 6 replicates with 20 birds each (10 males and 10 females). The birds in each group were fed a corn-soybean meal diet supplemented with 0 (control) , 0. 012% , 0. 024% , 0. 048% , 0.120% , 0. 240% FA and 50 mg/kg chlor-tetracycline (CTC) , respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows; 1) compared with CTC group, average daily feed intake of broilers aged 1 to 21 days was reduced by the supplementation of FA at 0. 012% to 0. 120% (P <0. 05). Compared with the control group, at 1 to 21 days of age, the supplementation of 0. 240% FA significantly increased average daily gain and reduced feed/gain (P <0.05) , and the supplementation of 0. 048% FA significantly decreased average daily feed intake and feed/gain (P <0.05); at 1 to 42 days of age, the supplementation of 0.024% and 0.240% FA significantly decreased feed/gain (P<0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, the supplementation of 0.048% FA significantly increased plasma superoxide dismutase activity and decreased malondialdehyde content of broilers aged 42 days (P <0. 05) , and the supplementation of 0. 240% FA significantly plasma albumin content, total bilirubin content and alkaline phosphatase activity of broilers aged 21 days and lactate dehydrogenase activity of broilers aged 42 days compared with the control group (P < 0. 05). The results indicate that the supplementation of FA at 0. 024% to 0. 240% can improve performance of broilers, but the hepatic function of broilers might be adversely affected by the supplementation of 0.240% FA, and thus the supplemental level of FA in broiler diets should be less than 0.240 % .
