饲粮含硫氨基酸水平对京红蛋鸡产蛋高峰期生产性能的影响

         

摘要

本试验通过研究饲粮含硫氨基酸水平对京红蛋鸡( 27~38周龄)生产性能的影响,确定京红蛋鸡产蛋高峰期含硫氨基酸的适宜需要量. 试验选取450只健康27周龄京红1号商品代蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡. 饲粮类型为玉米-豆粕型,各组饲粮含硫氨基酸水平分别为0. 52%(对照组)、0. 57%、0. 61%、0. 66%、0. 71%. 试验期12 周. 结果表明:1)含硫氨基酸水平对产蛋率、日产蛋量、平均日采食量和平均日增重影响差异显著( P<0.05),4个试验组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但试验组之间无显著差异(P>0.05). 0.61%、0.66%含硫氨基酸组平均蛋重显著高于其他组( P<0.05). 2)二次曲线分析表明,以产蛋率、平均蛋重、日产蛋量为指标,得出产蛋高峰期京红 1 号蛋鸡含硫氨基酸的需要量为 718~758 mg/d,可利用含硫氨基酸的需要量为681~719 mg/d. 综上,以产蛋率最大为指标,京红蛋鸡产蛋高峰期含硫氨基酸、可利用含硫氨基酸、蛋氨酸、可利用蛋氨酸的需要量分别为718、681、427、405 mg/d;以日产蛋量最大为指标,京红蛋鸡产蛋高峰期含硫氨基酸、可利用含硫氨基酸、蛋氨酸、可利用蛋氨酸的需要量分别为728、690、433、410 mg/d.%This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary levels of sulphur amino acids on performance of Jinghong laying hens during peak production period, and to investigate the optimal sulphur ami-no acids requirement of laying hens ( 27 to 38 weeks of age) . A total of 450 Jinghong No. 1 laying hens aged 27 weeks were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 6 replicate per group and 15 hens per replicate. The basal diet was corn-soybean meal diet. The sulphur amino acids levels in diets were 0. 52% ( control group ) , 0.57%, 0.61%, 0. 66% and 0. 71%, respectively. The trial lasted for 12 weeks. The results showed as fol-lows:1) there were significant differences in laying rate, daily egg production, average daily feed intake and average daily gain (P<0.05), and those of 4 test groups were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference among the test groups (P>0.05). The average egg weight of the 0.61% and 0.66% group was significantly higher than that of other groups (P<0.05). 2) Ac-cording to quadratic regression curve analysis based on laying rate, average egg weight, daily egg production, the optimal dietary requirements of sulphur amino acids, digestible sulphur amino acids were 718 to 758 mg/d, 681 to 719 mg/d, respectively. In conclusion, to maximum laying rate as the index, the requirements of sul-fur-containing amino acids, digestible sulfur amino acid, methionine, digestible methionine in Jinghong laying hens' peak production period were 718, 681, 427 and 405 mg/d, respectively; to maximum daily egg pro-duction as the index, the requirements of sulfur-containing amino acids, digestible sulfur amino acid, methio-nine, digestible methionine in Jinghong laying hens ' peak production period were 728, 690, 433 and 410 mg/d, respectively.
