饲粮 L-精氨酸添加水平对冬毛期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响

         

摘要

This study was conducted to study the effects of dietary L-arginine ( L-Arg) supplemental level on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and nitrogen metabolism of mink during winter fur-growing season. Sixty-three healthy female mink at the age of (150±3) days with the similar body weight were randomly divid-ed into 7 groups with 9 replicates each and 1 mink per replicate. The mink in the 7 groups were fed experimen-tal diets with L-Arg supplemental level of 0 ( group Ⅰ) , 0. 2% ( group Ⅱ) , 0. 4% ( group Ⅲ) , 0. 6%( group Ⅳ) , 0.8% ( group Ⅴ) , 1.0% ( group Ⅵ) and 1.2% ( group Ⅶ) , respectively. The pre-test period lasted for 7 days, and the trial lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows: 1) the final weight had no significant difference among all groups (P>0.05). The average daily gain of the group Ⅴ was tendentiously higher than that of the other groups, but the difference was not significantly ( P>0.05) . The feed/gain of the group Ⅴ was significantly lower than that of groupsⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ ( P<0.05) . 2) The dry matter intake, dry matter output, dry matter digestibility, protein digestibility and fat digestibility had no significant differences a-mong all groups (P>0.05). 3) The urine nitrogen of the group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that of the group Ⅰ ( P<0.05) . The biological value of protein of the group Ⅳ was greatly significantly higher than that of groups Ⅵ and Ⅶ ( P<0.01) and was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ andⅡ ( P<0.05) . In con-clusion, when dietary L-Arg supplemental level is 0.6% to 0.8%, that is the total arginine level in the diet is 2.30% to 2.50%, the mink will get the better growth performance and biological value of protein during winter fur-growing season.%本试验旨在研究饲粮L-精氨酸添加水平对冬毛期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响. 本试验选取(150±3)日龄、体重相近的雌性健康水貂63只,随机分成7个组,每组9个重复,每个重复1只水貂. 7组水貂分别饲喂L-精氨酸添加水平为0(Ⅰ组)、0.2%(Ⅱ组)、0.4%(Ⅲ组)、0.6%(Ⅳ组)、0.8%(Ⅴ组)、1.0%(Ⅵ组)和1.2%(Ⅶ组)的试验饲粮. 预试期7 d,正试期60 d. 结果表明:1)各组水貂末重差异不显著( P>0.05). Ⅴ组水貂的平均日增重有高于其他各组的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05). Ⅴ组水貂的料重比显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P<0.05). 2)干物质采食量、干物质排出量以及干物质、蛋白质和脂肪消化率各组之间差异不显著( P>0.05). 3)Ⅳ组水貂的尿氮显著低于Ⅰ组( P<0.05). Ⅳ组水貂的蛋白质生物学价值极显著高于Ⅵ、Ⅶ组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05). 由此得出,饲粮中L-精氨酸添加水平为0.6%~0.8%,即饲粮中精氨酸总水平为2.30%~2.50%时,冬毛期水貂可以获得较好的生长性能和蛋白质生物学价值.
