酸化剂和牛至油替代硫酸黏杆菌素对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率和盲肠微生物数量的影响

         

摘要

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of acidifier and oregano oil instead of colistin sulfate on growth performance, diarrhea rate and caecal microorganism number of weaned piglets. The single factor design was used in the experiment, one hundred and twenty 26-day-old piglets with similar parity and body weight were randomly divided into three groups with five replicates in each group and eight piglets in each replicate. Diets in each group were contained 75 mg/kg chlortetracycline and 10 mg/kg enramycin. In addi-tion, pigs in three groups were fed 0.10% acidifier+0.10% colistin sulfate,0.15% acidifier and 0.15% acidifi-er+0.03% oregano oil experimental diets, respectively. The experiment lasted for 14 days. The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences on average daily gain, ratio of feed to gain and diarrhea rate of weaned piglets among all groups(P>0.05). Compared with 0.10% acidifier+0.10% colistin sulfate group and 0.15% acidifier+0.03% oregano oil group, the average daily feed intake of 0.15% acidifier group had a trend to increase(P=0.066). 2)The caecal Salmonella number of 0.10% acidifier+0.10% colistin sul-fate group was significantly lower than that of 0.15% acidifier group(P<0.05),the numbers of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus in cecum of 0.15% acidifier+0.03% oregano oil group were significantly higher than those of 0.15% acidulant group(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences between the 0.15% acidifier+0.03% oregano oil group and 0.10% acidifier+0.10% colistin sulfate group(P>0.05). Accordingly, on the basis of the diets added 75 mg/kg chlortetracycline and 10 mg/kg enramycin,the effects of 0.15% acidifier or 0.15% acidifier+0.03% oregano oil on the growth performance of weaned piglets are similar to 0.10% colistin sulfate,0.15% acidulant+0.03% oregano oil also can increase the number of beneficial bacteria in cecum which is similar to 0.10% colistin sulfate. So the diets added acidifier and oregano oil can replace the colistin sulfate use in weaned piglets' diets.%本试验旨在研究酸化剂和牛至油替代硫酸黏杆菌素对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率和盲肠微生物数量的影响.试验采用单因素设计,选用胎次和体重相近的26日龄断奶仔猪120头,随机分为3个组,每组5个重复,每个重复8头仔猪.各组饲粮中均含75 mg/kg 金霉素+10 mg/kg恩拉霉素,此外,3个组饲粮中分别添加0.10%酸化剂+0.10%硫酸黏杆菌素、0.15%酸化剂和0.15%酸化剂+0.03%牛至油.试验期14 d.结果表明:1)各组仔猪平均日增重、料重比和腹泻率差异不显著(P>0.05).与其他2组相比,0.15%酸化剂组仔猪平均日采食量有增加趋势(P=0.066).2)0.10%酸化剂+0.10%硫酸黏杆菌素组盲肠沙门氏菌的数量显著低于0.15%酸化剂组(P<0.05);0.15%酸化剂+0.03%牛至油组盲肠双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量均显著高于0.15%酸化剂组(P<0.05),但0.15%酸化剂+0.03%牛至油组和0.10%酸化剂+0.10%硫酸黏杆菌素组之间差异不显著(P>0.05).由此可知,饲粮中在添加75 mg/kg金霉素+10 mg/kg恩拉霉素的基础上,再添加0.15%酸化剂或0.15%酸化剂+0.03%牛至油对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响与添加0.10%硫酸黏杆菌素相似;饲粮中添加0.15%酸化剂+0.03%牛至油同时还有助于提高盲肠有益菌的数量,效果与添加0.10%硫酸黏杆菌素相当.因此,饲粮中添加酸化剂和牛至油可以替代硫酸黏杆菌素在断奶仔猪饲粮中使用.
