The present invention relates to a feed additive for improving a productivity of weaning piglets and feed for weaning piglets containing the same. The feed additive in the present invention contains a flavonoid having an antioxidant activity and an alkaloid having an antibacterial activity, which are isolated from mulberry leaves in the weight ratio of 0.1-1.0:1.0, thereby improving a weaning mortality rate and a growth rate of the weaning piglets. The present invention provides the feed additive effective in decreasing the weaning mortality rate and improving the growth rate of the weaning piglets by using active ingredients isolated from the mulberry leaves that have been disused and thrown out despite containing many kinds of bioactive substances, in order to increase the productivity without using antibiotics; and the feed for weaning piglets using the same feed additive.
