凹土纳米氧化锌对断奶仔猪生长性能、器官指数及血液生化指标的影响

             

摘要

The experiment was conducted to explore the effects of attapulgite nano zinc oxide on the growth performance, organ indices and blood biochemical indices of weaned piglets. A total of 210 Duroc×Landrace× Yorkshire piglets with 21?day?old and similar body weight of(6.30±0.51)kg were randomly allocated into 7 groups with 6 replicates each and 5 pigs in each replicate. Pigs in the control group(CON group)were fed a basal diet,in antibiotic group(ANT group)were fed a basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg 50% olaquin?dox,150 mg/kg 15% chlortetracycline and 50 mg/kg 10% sulfate colistin, and in the other groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 3 000 mg/kg zinc oxide(ZO group), 800 mg/kg nano?zinc oxide(NZO group), and 700, 1 000 and 1 300 mg/kg attapulgite nano zinc oxide(LA?ZO group, MA?ZO group and HA?ZO group), respectively. The experiment lasted for 9 days after 3 days adaption. The results showed as follows:1)compared with CON group, dietary attapulgite nano zinc oxide significantly increased the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of weaned piglets(P<0.05).2)Compared with CON group and ANT group, the diarrhea rate in LA?ZO group was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The diarrhea index in LA?ZO group was significantly lower than that in CON group,ANT group and NZO group(P<0.05).3)The pancre?as index in LA?ZO group and MA?ZO group was significantly higher than that in NZO group(P<0.05). 4) Compared with CON group, the contents of blood total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in MA?ZO group was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the blood high density lipoprotein content in MA?ZO group was significantly increased(P<0.05),which was significantly higher than that in ANT group and NZO group (P<0.05). The blood high density lipoprotein content in HA?ZO group was significantly higher than that in CON group and ANT group(P<0.05). The results indicate that dietary attapulgite nano?zinc oxide can im?prove the growth performance,decrease the diarrhea rate,and promote the growth and development of weaned piglets, meanwhile decrease the contents of TG and TC in blood, increase blood high density lipoprotein con?tent, strengthen lipid metabolism and pancreas development. Thus, it has potential to replace the utilization of antibiotics and high zinc for weaned piglets.%本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加凹凸棒土负载纳米氧化锌(凹土纳米氧化锌)对断奶仔猪生长性能、器官指数及血液生化指标的影响.试验选取210头21日龄体重相近[(6.30 ± 0.51)kg]的健康杜×长×大断奶仔猪,随机分为7组,每组6个重复,每个重复5头猪.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组(ANT 组)饲喂基础饲粮+100 mg/kg 50%喹乙醇+150 mg/kg 15%金霉素+50 mg/kg 10%硫酸黏菌素,氧化锌组(ZO 组)饲喂基础饲粮+3000 mg/kg氧化锌,纳米氧化锌组(NZO组)饲喂基础饲粮+800 mg/kg纳米氧化锌,低凹土纳米氧化锌组(LA?ZO 组)饲喂基础饲粮+700 mg/kg 凹土纳米氧化锌,中凹土纳米氧化锌组(MA?ZO组)饲喂基础饲粮+1000 mg/kg凹土纳米氧化锌,高凹土纳米氧化锌组(HA?ZO组)饲喂基础饲粮+1300 mg/kg凹土纳米氧化锌.试验预试期3 d,正试期9 d.结果表明:1)与CON组相比,饲粮添加凹土纳米氧化锌显著提高断奶仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.05).2)LA?ZO组腹泻率与CON组、ANT组相比显著降低(P<0.05),LA?ZO组腹泻指数相比于CON组、ANT组和NZO组均显著降低(P<0.05).3)LA?ZO组和MA?ZO组胰腺指数与NZO组相比显著提高(P<0.05).4)与CON组相比,MA?ZO组血液总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三脂(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05),血液高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量显著提高(P<0.05),且显著高于ANT组和NZO组(P<0.05);HA?ZO组血液HDL含量显著高于CON组和ANT组(P<0.05).结果显示,在断奶仔猪饲粮中添加凹土纳米氧化锌可提高仔猪生长性能,降低腹泻率,改善仔猪生长发育,同时可降低血液TG和TC含量,提高血液HDL含量,加强脂代谢和胰腺发育,可替代抗生素和高锌的使用.
