不同水平有机微量元素对蛋鸡矿物元素沉积与排泄的影响

         

摘要

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of different levels of organic trace elements(OTE) on deposition and excretion of mineral elements of laying hens. Two hundred and forty 25-week-old Hy-Line brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 laying hens per rep-licate. The laying hens in control group were fed a diet added with inorganic trace elements according to the recommendation of NRC(2004), and the laying hens in trial groups 1,2 and 3 were fed the diet added with an inclusion level of 60%,80% and 100% of organic trace elements according to the recommendation of NRC (2004), respectively. The experimental period was 49 days. The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group, the blood copper and zinc contents in trial groups 1 and the blood copper,zinc,manganese and pancreatic zinc contents in trial groups 2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05). 2)Compared with the control group, the egg zinc, manganese and iron contents in each trial group were significantly increased (P<0.05). 3)Compared with the control group, the fecal copper content in trial groups 1 and 2 were signifi-cantly decreased(P<0.01), and the fecal zinc and manganese contents in trial group 1 were significantly de-creased(P<0.01), the fecal manganese content in trial group 2 and the fecal copper content in trial group 3 were significantly decreased(P<0.05). However, the contents of calcium and phosphorus in blood, liver, pancreas, tibia and egg of laying hens in trial groups 1,2 and 3 showed no significant differences when com-pared with the control group(P>0.05). It is concluded that OTE can promote the deposition of iron,copper, zinc and manganese both in layer hens and eggs and reduce the excretion of corresponding elements, and the supplemental level of 60% according to the recommendation of NRC(2004)is better for laying hens.%本试验旨在研究不同水平有机微量元素对蛋鸡矿物元素沉积和排泄的影响.试验选取240只25周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡.对照组饲粮按照NRC(1994)推荐量添加无机微量元素(inorganic trace element,ITE),试验1、2和3组饲粮分别按照 NRC(1994)推荐量的60%、80%和100%添加有机微量元素(organic trace element, OTE).试验期49 d.结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验1组血液铜和锌含量及试验2、3组血液铜、锌、锰和胰脏锌含量均显著升高(P<0.05).2)与对照组相比,各试验组鸡蛋锌、锰和铁含量均显著增加(P<0.05).3)与对照组相比,试验1和2组粪便铜含量及试验1组粪便锌、锰含量极显著降低(P<0.01);试验2组粪便锰含量和试验3组粪便铜含量显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组血液、肝脏、胰脏、胫骨和鸡蛋钙、磷含量无显著变化(P>0.05).由此可见,有机微量元素能够促进铁、铜、锌、锰在蛋鸡体内和鸡蛋中的沉积,降低相应元素的排泄,并以NRC(1994)推荐量的60%添加效果最好.
