山东部分地区3型鸭疫里氏杆菌感染流行病学调查

Firstly the rabbit hyperimmune serum and agglutination antigen were prepared using serotype 3 Riemerella anatipestifer.Riemerella anatipestifer was isolated from suspected cases of Shandong vocational college of animal husbandry and veterinary animal hospital during 2010.03-2010.10.A serological test to detect serotype 3 Riemerella Anatipestifer was carried out with 372 samples collected from 13 poultry farms in Shandong Province by plate agglutination test.A total of 39 strains of Riemerella Anatipestifer were identified,and 19 of them were serotype 3,accounting for 48.7 %.The positive rate of serotype 3 Riemerella Anatipestifer among all the serum samples collected was 21.7%（81/372）.These results indicated that the serotype 3 Riemerella Anatipestifer infection had been widely prevalent in Shandong area.%利用血清3型鸭疫里氏杆菌制备兔抗高免血清和平板凝集诊断抗原,对收集的2010年3月~10月来山东畜牧兽医职业学院动物医院就诊的鸭传染性浆膜炎疑似病例进行血清3型鸭疫里氏杆菌分离培养及鉴定。同时,采集山东养殖量较大的9个县、市、区的13个养殖场372份鸭血清,利用平板凝集试验对3型鸭疫里氏杆菌的流行情况进行血清学调查。结果显示：共分离得到39株鸭疫里氏杆菌,且19株为血清3型,占鸭疫里氏杆菌总数的48.7%;在采集的血清样本中,3型鸭疫里氏杆菌阳性率为21.7%。可见,3型鸭疫里氏杆菌在山东上述地区感染较为
