新疆喀什部分地区驴梨形虫病检测初报

摘要

The prevalence ofBabesia equi andBabesia caballi were examined in donkeys in Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region using PCR and competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (c-ELISA). The overall parasite infection rate was 45.17% in donkeys from Shule County, Kashi city and Shufu County, Kashgar Prefecture. Total 19 blood samples were detectedBabesia equi positive (36.84%) by PCR NoBabesia caballi infection was detected. Total 96 serum samples were tested by c-ELISA and the positive rate was 7.29% forBabesia equi and 1.04% forBabesiacaballi. The survey results provided preliminary information on parasitic infections in donkey population in southern Xinjiang.%为了解新疆维吾尔自治区南疆部分地方驴泰勒虫和驽巴贝斯虫病的存在情况,本文采用PCR技术和竞争性酶联免疫吸附试验(c-ELISA)检测喀什部分地区驴泰勒虫病和驽巴贝斯虫病的流行情况.调查结果显示,喀什地区疏勒县和疏附县驴寄生虫总感染率为45.17%.通过PCR方法检测出19份血样感染泰勒虫病,感染率为36.84%;未检出驽巴贝斯虫病.通过c-ELISA方法检测出96份血清感染泰勒虫病,感染率为7.29%;驽巴贝斯虫的感染率为1.04%.通过本次驴寄生虫感染调查,对喀什部分地区驴寄生虫感染情况有了初步了解,为该地区驴的健康发展提供了科学依据.
