新疆昌吉部分地区马梨形虫病检测初报

摘要

为了解昌吉养殖马区域马匹感染梨形虫病情况，本文采用聚合酶链反应试验（polymerase chain reaction，PCR）与血液涂片镜检法相结合，对昌吉马匹随机抽样（n=78），进行马梨形虫病感染情况调查。血液涂片结果显示，马泰勒虫阳性率6.4%，驽巴贝斯虫阳性率为2.5%；PCR结果显示，马泰勒感染率为28.2%（22/78），驽巴贝斯虫感染率为10.2%（8/78），混合感染率为10.2%（8/78）。通过对采自马的蜱进行了形态学鉴定，共鉴定出4种蜱。该次对昌吉部分地区马梨形虫感染情况的调查结果，为该地区马的健康发展提供了科学依据。%In order to understand status of equine piroplasmosis in the breeding horse population in Changji area blood smears were collected from randomly selected 78 horses and examined under microscopy and PCR. As a result, positive rates in blood smears were 6.4%for Theileriaequi and 2.5%forBabesiacaballi. The higher positive rates were obtained using PCR method. Theileriaequi was positive in 22 horses (28.2%), Babesiacaballi in 8 horses (10.2%), and mixed infection in 8 horses (10.2%). In addition, four species of ticks were identified and the prevalence of adult ticks was determined.
