芮氏等孢球虫是引起猫球虫病的常见病原之一，可引起猫腹泻、呕吐、吸收障碍、体重减轻、免疫力低下等症状。鉴于目前对猫芮氏等孢球虫卵囊排出规律不甚了解，造成预防治疗效果不佳，本试验通过猫口服感染芮氏等孢球虫卵囊试验，监测了芮氏等孢球虫的排卵囊规律。结果显示，接种后d7在幼猫粪便中检出芮氏等孢球虫卵囊，d10猫粪便中卵囊数量达到一个小高峰，随后有所下降，d13排卵囊达到最高峰，随后卵囊排出数逐渐下降，d19粪检卵囊呈阴性，直至d23粪检卵囊仍然呈阴性。%Isospora rivolta is one of the pathogens that cause coccidiosis in cats. Clinical signs of feline coccidiosis include diarrhea, vomiting, weight loss, malabsorption, hypoimmunity and even death. Little is known about the oocyst shedding pattern in cats infected with I. rivolta, which might have hindered prevention and treatment. In this study, domestic cats were fed with I. rivolta and oocyst shedding was observed. The oocysts were detected in feces on day 7 post-inoculation, then increased significantly. The oocyst shedding formed two peaks, the first small peak observed on day 10 and a second large peak on day 13 post-inoculation. Then the oocyst shedding rapidly decreased and no oocysts were detected on day 19 post-inoculation.
