Objective To evalutate the efficacy and safety of holmium laser resection under ureteroscope for treatment of urethral condyloma acuminate. Methods Transurethral resection by holmium laser under ureteroscope was undertaken for 9 cases of urethral condyloma acuminate. Results The mean operation time was 32 min (15～60 min), none had urethra perforation. After 6 months follow-up, no urethral stenosis was found, However 2 cases was found to have have recurrence after 3 months. After retreatment again,, these two cases hadn't no recurrence.in the period of 6 months follow up. Conclusion Transurethral holmium laser technique was safe and effective for the treatment of urethral condyloma acuminate.%目的 探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的安全性和有效性.方法 麻醉后在输尿管镜下用钬激光汽化或切除疣体,术后住院观察3～5d,随诊时间3～6个月.结果 本组9例手术时间15～60min,平均32min,术中无尿道穿孔,导尿管留置时间3～5d,随访半年无尿道狭窄,2例复发经再次钬激光治疗,随访半年未再复发.结论 输尿管镜下钬激光治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣是一种安全、有效的方法 .
