目的掌握酒泉市金塔县6~13岁男性睾丸发育状况。方法选取金塔县6~13岁小学在校男性自愿接受检查的4785名作为调查对象，通过体检的方式进行调查。结果通过对4607名(隐睾167例、睾丸鞘膜积液11例除外)对象探索研究发现，儿童睾丸基本在10岁开始发育，研究对象的睾丸体积与年龄、身高呈正相关；相同年龄、相同身高的研究对象体重较重的睾丸体积反而小。结论男性生殖器发育健康状况，应引起卫生、计划生育和相关部门的重视，借助“生殖健康服务进校园”行动，大力开展多种形式的男性生殖健康宣传教育，提高自我保健意识，切实有效地保障男性生殖器健康发育。%Objective To better understand of testis development situation of males with 6-13 years old in Jinta County of Jiuquan City. Methods Total of 4,785 male students who studied at primary school in Jinta County were enrolled in the study and received voluntarily a physical check. Results From the results of 4,607 (167 cases of cryptorchidism, testicular Hydrocele except 11 cases),we found that development of testis occurred at the age of 10 years for children, and testicular volume was correlated positively to age and height of the object;For subjects with the same age, same height, their body weight was negatively correlated to testes volume. Conclusion Health status of male genital development should attract staffs in health, family planning and related sectors much more attention. With the implement of “reproductive health services to campus” , multiple forms of male reproductive health education, such as improving health care consciousness of self, were carried our, for healthy development of male reproductive organs .
