冷冻精液对IVF的胚胎质量影响的研究

摘要

目的：探讨在体外受精胚胎移植（IVF-ET）中提前冷冻精液对胚胎质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年12月进入IVF周期取精困难男性患者75例，均采用提前冷冻精子，其中在取卵当天重新获取新鲜精液组45例（A组），使用冷冻精子组30例（B组），比较两组受精率、平均卵裂球数、平均碎片率、优质胚胎率、囊胚形成率和临床妊娠率。结果 A组与B组相比，正常受精率、优质胚胎率、平均卵裂球数、平均碎片率、优质胚胎率、囊胚形成率和临床妊娠率均无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论在IVF-ET中，预知取卵当天男方取精困难采用提前冷冻精子，这可能不会影响胚胎质量和发育潜能。%Objective To explore the effects of frozen sperm for insemination on the day of oocyte pick-up (OPU) on embryo quality in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation.Methods Seventy-five male patients with sperm cryopreservation ahead of time who were retrospectively analyzed from January 2012 to December 2014, were divided into group A (45 cases, fresh semen, group B(30 cases, frozen semen). The rates of fertilization, cleavage, high quality embryo were comparatively analyzed between two groups.Results there were no statistical differences between group A and group B in the oocyte numbers, the maturing oocytes rate, the normal fertilization rate, the cell number of embryothe,the fragment rate,good-quality embryo rate and blastocyst formation rate(P>0.05).Conclusion This study suggests that frozen semen in advance do not affect the embryo quality and potentiality development for the patients who were hard to procure semen on the day of oocyte retrieval.
