异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠阴茎组织中SP、AchE的表达

         

摘要

Obstract To study the roles of Yimusake on SP and AchE expressions in penis tissue of abnormal phlegmatic syndrome with impotence disease rats model.Methods A total of 100 mature male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups.Rats in model group (n =90) were treated with cold-wet environment and diet,and rats (n =10) in normal control group with normal environment and diet.Biological parameters and sexual behavior of the rats were observed for 20 weeks until establishment of abnormal phlegmatic syndrome rat model.Through APO erection test,we selected impotence rat model,the rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (A1,A2,A3) and disproved for 2 weeks.The expressions of SP and AchE were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results (1)SP expression in A1、A2、A3 groups were increased compared with that in N group (P<0.05);SP expression in A3 group was decreased compared with that in A1、A2 group (P<0.05).(2) AchE expression in A1、A2 groups were decreased compared with that in N group(P<0.05);Ache expression in A3 group was increased compared with that in A1 group (P<0.05).Conclusion Higher expression of SP and lower expression AchE occurred in penis tissue of abnormal phlegmatic syndrome with impotence disease rat model.Yimusake might play key roles in treatment of abnormal phlegmatic syndrome with impotence disease rat model via regulating the SP and AchE expression.%目的 研究异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠模型阴茎组织中P物质(SP)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的表达与伊木萨克片的影响,探讨其生物学意义.方法 取100只正常雄性SD大鼠,随机取10只作为正常对照组(N),余90只是造模组,采用湿寒环境和饮食方法建立异常黏液质证候大鼠模型,根据勃起和交配实验,筛选出44只阳痿病证大鼠模型,并将其随机分为病证模型组(A1)、病证自然反证组(A2)、病证药物反证组(A3).反证后,免疫组化方法检测阴茎组织中SP、AchE的表达.结果 (1)大鼠阴茎组织中SP表达:A1、A2和A3组较N组显著增高(P<0.05);A3组较A1、A2组显著降低(P<0.05). (2)大鼠阴茎组织中AchE表达:A1、A2组较N组显著降低(P<0.05);A3组较A1组显著升高(P<0.05).结论 异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠模型阴茎组织中SP显著增高、AchE显著降低,对证维药伊木萨克片可能通过下调SP、上调AchE表达对异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠模型发挥作用.
