目的 调查分析新兵男性生殖健康知识知晓情况,为在军人中普及指导男性生殖健康知识提供参考.方法 对某部226名新兵,采用自行设计的问卷进行问卷调查.调查内容包括基本情况、男性生殖健康知识知晓途径、男性生殖健康生理知识、男性生殖健康心理知识、男性生殖健康疾病知识、男性生殖健康保健知识、对男科在军营中开展工作的需求等七大类情况.结果 通过调查了解到新兵对男性生殖健康知识知晓水平较低、性安全意识不强、预防艾滋病等性传播疾病知识缺乏,对男科在军营中开展工作的需求特别强烈.结论 新兵对男性生殖健康知识所知有限,需要广泛普及推广,也需要在军营中大力开展男科工作,提供有力保障,解决官兵后顾之忧,进一步增强战斗力.%Objective To investigate the knowledge of male reproductive health in recruits so as to provide references for guiding male reproductive health knowledge among servicemen. Methods A self-designed questionnaire including basic information, the ways of knowledge about male reproductive health, the physiological and psychological knowledge of male reproductive, the knowledge of male reproductive disease, the required knowledge education for male reproductive health in the military, was carried out in 226 recruits in a military unit. Results Recruits had lower awareness of male reproductive health knowledge. They lacked the awareness of sexual safety and the knowledge about AIDS prevention, other sexually transmitted diseases. This survey showed that the demand of recruits for knowledge of male reproductive health was particularly strong. Conclusion Recruits have limited knowledge about male reproductive health and they need to be widely popularized. They also need to study male reproductive health knowledge in the barracks. We should provide strong support to solve the worries of officers and men, and further enhance their combat effectiveness.
