Intracerebral injection of GDNF-modified MSCs protects against injury in a ICH model in the adult rats

         

摘要

The present study test the effects of MSCs/GDNF transplantation on nerve reconstruction in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage.We took to transfect GDNF gene into MSCs,and injected into the rats which were induced by injection of collagenase and heparin into the caudate putamen.After operation,adult SD rats were randomly divided into saline group,MSCs group and MSCs/GDNF group.Immunofluorescence and RT-PCR were performed to detect the differentiation of MSCs or MSCs with an adenovirus vector encoding GDNF gene in vivo and in vitro.
