Objective: To investigate the effect of serum containing Compound Biejia Ruan'gan Prescription on expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) of rats. Methods: In this experiment, the immuno-cytochemical staining and image analysis were used to investigate the effect of different dosages of serum containing Compound Biejia Ruan'gan Prescription on the expression of PCNA in HSCs of rats. Results: High and medium dosage of serum contai-ning Compound Biejia Ruan'gan Prescription remarkably inhibited the expression of PCNA in nucleus of HSCs of rats. Con-clusion: The experiment demonstrates that serum containing Compound Biejia Ruan'gan Prescription could interfere in the activation and proliferation of HSCs, and then interfere in the genesis and development of hepatic fibrosis. Besides, the experiment confirmes other experimental studies related to the inhibitory effect of Compound Biejia Ruan'gan Prescription on HSC proliferation carried out in our lab.%目的:探讨复方鳖甲软肝方药物血清对大鼠肝星形细胞(HSC)增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响.方法:运用免疫细胞化学和图像分析技术方法,从离体的角度对不同时相、小同浓度复方鳖甲软肝方药物血清干预状态下,HSC内PC-NA的表达进行半定量分析,观察复方鳖甲软肝方药物血清对离体大鼠HSC增殖的影响.结果:复方鳖甲软肝方药物血清可明显抑制HSC中PCNA的表达.结论:本研究提示复方鳖甲软肝方具有抑制HSC增殖的功能,进而起到抑制肝纤维化发生、发展的作用.
