绍兴地区汉族成人头面部特征的年龄变化

摘要

Objective:To study the variations of morphological traits of Han in Shaoxing in the head and face with increasing age.Methods:According to the principle of informed consent,using random sampling method,38 head-face characteristics on 687 cases (144 urban males and 153 urban females,186 rural males and 204 rural females) of Han were investigated in Shaoxing,Zhejiang province.Results:The percentage of Mongolia fold both in males and females decreased with age growing,the opening height of eyeslits turned narrow,the opening height of eyeslits inclination gradually turned horizontal,the breadth of alae nasi turned wide,the skin of the upper lip height increased,and the thickness of lips descended.The head length,bigonial breadth,nose breadth,mouth breadth,morphological facial height,nasal height,nasal length,upper lip skin height,physiognomic ear length,physiognomic ear breadth,facial skinfold and males physiognomic face height had positive correlation with age.There was a statistically significant difference among different age groups of these index values (except the female morphological facial height).The head breadth,face breadth,interocular breadth,external biocular breadth,nasal depth,lip height,thickness of lips,auricular height had a negative correlation with age,and the difference had a statistical significance among different age groups.The frontal breadth,morphological facial,physiognomic face and vertical cephalo-facial index had a positive correlation with age,while length-breadth index of the head,length-height index of the head,physiognomic index of the ear and lip index had a negative correlation with age.Conclusion:The head-face morphological traits with growing age appeared certain variations in Zhejiang Han nationality.%目的:研究浙江绍兴地区汉族人类头面部形态特征随年龄增长而变化的规律.方法:遵循知情同意原则,采用随机抽样方法,赴浙江省绍兴地区调查了汉族687例(城市男性144例,城市女性153例,乡村男性186例,乡村女性204例)38项头面部指标.结果:男、女性随年龄增长均出现有蒙古褶率下降、眼裂变窄,眼裂倾斜度渐趋水平、鼻翼变宽、上唇皮肤部高度增加、红唇厚度减小.头长、下颌角间宽、鼻宽、口裂宽、形态面高、鼻高、鼻长、上唇皮肤部高度、容貌耳长、容貌耳宽、面颊皮褶以及男性的容貌面高与年龄呈正相关,不同年龄组间这些指标值(除女性形态面高外)差异有统计学意义；头宽、面宽、眼内角间宽、眼外角间宽、鼻深、唇高、红唇厚度、耳上头高均与年龄呈负相关,不同年龄组间差异具有统计学意义；额顶宽度、形态面、容貌面、头面高指数与年龄呈正相关,头长宽、头长高、容貌耳指数及口指数与年龄呈负相关.结论:浙江汉族人头面部形态特征随年龄增长呈现一定的变化规律.
