安徽汉族指纹嵴线密度和掌纹嵴线密度的调查

     

摘要

Objective: To obtain the basic parameters of fingerprint ridge density and palm print ridge density about Han nationality of Anhui. Methods: On the basis of informed consent, the hand prints of 1 116 samples, including 559 males and 557 females were collected, measured and counted with stereomicroscope, and analyzed by SPSS software. Results: Total fingerprint ridge counts (TFRC) were 146.60± 39.68 in males and 131. 40±42. 27 in females. TFRC was higher in males than in females. The mean of fingerprint ridge density (FRD) was 18. 00±4.07 in males and 18. 86±4. 58 in females. FRD was higher in females than in males. a-bRC, b-cRC, c-dRC, a-dRC and t-dRC were 36. 53±4. 99, 25.76±5.49, 33.21± 6.72, 77.23±14. 10, and 92. 05± 12.77, respectively. a-bRC and b-cRC were higher in males than in females, and a-dRC and t-dRC were higher in males than in females too. c-dRC had no difference between the different sexes. a-bRD, b-cRD, c-dRD,a-dRD,t-dRD and△atdRD were 17. 47±2.05, 18. 38±2. 77, 17. 73±2. 78, 15. 14±2. 27, 14. 50±1.93, and 5. 53± 0. 83, respectively, and they were all higher in females than males. Conclusion: The hand ridge density (HRD) data will be useful for future research in anthropology, genetics and medicine. The palm print ridge density between the Han of Anhui, Guangdong and Jiangxi, and Tibetan in Tibet is different. The HRD of Han in Anhui has its own features, but with the general characteristics of Mongoloids. These features are related to colonial origin and difference of habitat.%目的:获得安徽汉族指纹嵴线密度和掌纹嵴线密度的基本参数.方法:在知情同意原则的基础上,采集安徽汉族1116例(男559人,女557人)的手纹样本,体视显微镜下测量和计数,将所得数据通过SPSS15.0软件进行统计分析.结果:男、女总指嵴纹计数( TFRC)分别为146.60±39.68和131.40±42.27,男>女.男女指纹嵴线密度(TFRD)分别为18.00±4.07和18.86±4.58,女>男.a-bRC、b-cRC、c-dRC、mdRC和t-dRC分别是36.53±4.99、25.76±5.49、33.21± 6. 72、77.23±14. 10和92. 05±12. 77,a-bRC、b-cRC男>女,a-dRC和t-dRC也是男>女,c-dRC无性别差异.a-bRD、b-cRD、c-dRD、a-dRD、t-dRD和△atdRD分别是17. 47±2.05、18. 38±2.77、17.73±2.78、15. 14±2.27、14.50±1.93和5. 53±0.83,均为女>男.结论:手纹嵴线密度为人类学、遗传学和医学提供较完整的数据;安徽汉族掌纹嵴线密度与江西、广东汉族和西藏藏族有一定差异;安徽汉族手纹嵴线密度有自己的特点,又显示蒙古人种的一般特征.这与群体渊源和生活环境的差异有关.
