泡沫浮选-固相提取分离富集三七提取液中的人参皂苷

     

摘要

Foam f1oatation-solid phase extraction was applied to the separation and enrichment of ginsenosides from extracts of Panax notoginsen (Burk.) F. H. Chen. The selectivity and sensitivity for determining the ginsenosides were improved. The experimental conditions, including the flow rate of nitrogen gas, floatation time and pH value of sample solution, for foam floatation and elution conditions for SPE were examined and optimized. Average recoveries for protopanaxdiol (PPD) ginsenosides Rc, Rb2, Rb3, Rd, and Rb1 were between 85.01% and 97.51 %. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were lower than 5.8% for the PPD ginsenosides. The FF-SPE was applied to both the separation and concentration for the PPD ginsenosides. The proposed method shows a potential in the separation and concentration of trace analytes in the solution samples.%采用泡沫浮选-固相提取联用法,分离富集三七中的R1,Rg1,Re,Rc,Rb2,Rb3,Rd和Rb1,并用液相色谱法测定其含量,检测灵敏度和选择性都有所提高.对泡沫浮选过程的载气流量、浮选时间、样品溶液pH值和固相提取柱的洗脱条件进行了优化.原人参二醉型皂苷R1,Rc,Rb2,Rb3,Rd和Rb1的回收率在85.0%97.5%之间,而原三醇型皂苷Rg1和Re的回收率很低.原人参二醇型皂苷测定的相对标准偏差都小于6.03%.本研究为分离纯化三七提取液中低浓度原人参二醇型皂苷的简便有效的方法.
