长链非编码RNA:气道变应性疾病基因治疗新靶点

         

摘要

With the completion of deep sequencing of the genome, a large number of non-coding RNAs have been found.Long non-coding RNA ( lncRNA ) is an important member of mammalian transcriptomes which is received much concern recently.They can play important roles in the regulation of gene expression at the levels of epigenetics, transcription and post-transcription, and participate in a series of physiological and pathological processes.It's well-known that allergic airway diseases are regulated by multi-genes.LncRNA plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic airway diseases and is gradually focused as a novel targets for gene therapy.The roles and its mechanisms of lncRNA in airway allergic diseases were summarized in this review.%随着基因组深度测序工作的完成,大量非编码 RNA被发现,其中长链非编码 RNA ( long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)是最近备受瞩目的哺乳动物转录组重要成员,可在表观遗传水平、转录水平和转录后水平调控基因的表达,广泛参与机体的生理和病理过程。作为多基因调控的气道变应性疾病, lncRNA在其发病过程中的作用正逐步受到关注,并有望成为该病基因治疗的新靶点,本文对lncRNA在气道变应性疾病中的作用及其机制进行综述。
