山东省农业可持续发展能力评估及障碍因素分析

摘要

该文构建了山东省农业可持续发展能力评估指标体系,运用层次分析和综合评价法评价了山东省农业可持续发展的能力,引进"障碍度"概念进行定量的障碍诊断,针对主要障碍因素提出合理开发农业资源,保护农村生态环境等四项促进山东省农业可持续发展的具体对策.%This paper establishes an index system for evaluating agriculture sustainable development ability of Shandong Province. By using administrative level analysis and comprehensive evaluation methods, it e-valuates agriculture sustainable development ability of Shandong Province; carries out quantitative obstacle diagnoses by introducing "obstacle degree" concept; and according to major obstacle factors puts forward ra-tional development of agriculture resources, protection of rural ecological environment, etc. 4 counter-measures, so as to promote agriculture sustainable development in Shandong Province.
