婴儿血管瘤(Infantil hemangiomas,IH)是一种常见于婴儿的疾患,在出生婴儿中的发病率约10%.它不仅影响新生儿的容貌,而且有可能产生明显的功能影响.关于婴儿血管瘤的治疗有多种方法,其中激素的应用曾被认为是一线疗法,而心得安对IH治疗的效果被肯定后,就成为被公认的治疗婴儿血管瘤的一线药物.本文收集了近几年应用心得安治疗婴儿血管瘤的相关文献综述如下.%Infantile hemangiomas are the most common tumors affecting children. Although infantile hemangiomas are benign, they could result in morbidity and mortality. The only US food and drug administration-approved drug for infantile hemangiomas is propranolol hydrochloride (Hemangeol?).This article collect related date of the infantile hemangiomas treatment with propranolol.
