游离植皮法眼窝再造临床应用体会

摘要

探讨以游离植皮法再造眼窝的合理治疗方法.方法:回顾和总结2006年～2010年本科室所收治的结膜囊狭窄患者17例,均采用自体游离皮片移植行眼窝再造术.结果:17例结膜囊狭窄患者移植皮片存活率达100％,随访15例6月～4年,其中14例均对外形改变满意.结论:游离皮片移植眼窝再造同时结合内外眦成形来改善结膜囊狭窄及眼裂畸形方法简单,效果可靠.%Objective To observe the reasonable treatment method of free skin grafting for conjunctival sac reconstruction. Methods Review The 17 cases sufffered of conjunctival constriction from 2006 to 2010, they all were treated with free skin grafting. Results The free skin graft were all survived,the follow-up of 15 cases for 0.5-4 years revealed that 14 cases were satisfied with the appearance. Conclusion The method of free skin grafting for conjunctival sac reconstruction associated with medial canthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty is effective on conjunctival constriction and palpebral fissure deformities.
