微创根管治疗对牙冠抗折裂性能影响的实验研究

             

摘要

目的:比较微创根管治疗方法与传统治疗方法对牙冠抗折裂性能影响的差异性.方法:选择成年健康男性恒磨牙50颗,随机分为实验组和对照组.对照组按照传统根管治疗方法进行处理,实验组采用CT定位、微孔开髓法进行根管治疗.比较分析两组离体牙出现冠折裂隙时受到的最大载荷和离体牙的折裂方式.结果:实验组样本出现裂隙时受到的最大载荷为(780.12±86.50)N,对照组样本出现裂隙时受到的最大载荷为(458.72±46.19)N,两组间存在显著性差异.在所有标本试件中,16%的牙体折裂线通过髓腔中央,20%的牙体折裂线远离开髓孔边缘,最为多见的折裂方式为折裂线通过开髓孔边缘,占64%,其中对照组中发生比例更高.两组的折裂方式存在显著性差异.结论:微创根管治疗方法可降低牙冠折裂的危险性,提高根管治疗患牙的临床效果.%Objective To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive root canal treatment for fractures of crown and compare it with that of conventional treatment methods. Methods Fifty healthy adult men permanent molars were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The control group received conventional root canal treatment.The experimental group were located the root canal in facial projection by Micro CT, and received minimally invasive root canal treatment.The maximum load and fracture situation of the two groups of teeth were compared when specimensfractured in dental crown. Results We found that the maximum load of crown fracture was significantly different between experimental groups (780.12 ± 86.50N)control group (458.72±46.19)N.16% crown fracture line were through the canal central, 20 percent of crown fracture line were far away from fillings, and the most common fracture lines passed through marginal of filings.accounting for 64 percent.There was a significant difference fracture situation between two groups. Conclusion The minimally invasive root canal treatment can reduce the risk of crown fracture,and improve the clinical effect of root canal treatment of teeth.
