应用错(牙合)严重程度指数评价石河子大学生正畸治疗需求

摘要

目的:应用错(牙合)严重程度指数(MSI)评价石河子大学生对牙齿健康美观的治疗需求.方法:采用分层随机化抽样法,总共调查677例(男364例,女31 3例)18～25岁大学生,平均年龄22.5岁.制取超硬石膏模型,应用MSI为客观指标确定正畸需要量.结果:男性MSI分值为14.85±12.23,女性MSI分值为14.93±11.77,做两者均数之间比较t=0.094,P＞0.05,MSI量值无男女性别差异.根据MSI分类得出,男性需要正畸治疗者为35.99％,女性需要正畸治疗者为38.98％.男女性正畸治疗需要量x2=0.642,P＞0.05,性别间无差异.结论:石河子大学生中需要正畸者较多,应加强防治和宣传.MSI方法简单、快捷可靠,可作为正畸需要量的筛查标准,推广应用.%Objective To assess the need of Undergraduates for orthodontic treatment of dental health and beautiful in Shihezi university by using the malocclusion severity index (MSI).Methods Using Stratified randomized sampling method,a total of 677 college students aged 18～25 were selected including male (364) and female (313) with an average age of 22.5 years old.Results Male MSI score was 14.85±12.23,female MSI score was 14.93±11.77,as a comparisonPreparatio between two means to t=0.094,P＞0.05,MSI scores have no statistical significance in gender.According to the classification of MSI,there are 35.99％ male undergraduates who need orthodontic treatment,while 38.98％ female undergraduates in same condition.Male and female orthodontic treatment requirements carried by the chi-square testx2 =0.642,P ＞0.05,no difference between gender.Conclusion The undergraduates have more need for orthodontic treatment in Shihezi University,prevention and propaganda should be strengthened.MSI as a screening criterion is feasible,reliable to evaluate the need for orthodontic treatment and worthy of promotion.
