外用中药面膜及左旋维生素C联合穴位注射丹参治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察外用中药面膜及左旋维生素C联合穴位注射丹参治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：将60名黄褐斑患者分为A、B两组，A组（治疗组）：背部俞穴注射丹参联合中药面膜及左旋维生素C治疗；B组（对照组）：用中药面膜联合左旋维生素C治疗。以VISIA面部棕色斑评分法及传统评价法(评分计算法)评价两组有效率，并进行对比分析。结果：A组的临床总有效率为98%,B组的临床总有效率96%（P＞0.05），两组比较无统计学意义。A组基本治愈率高于B组，VISIA面部棕色斑评分法与评分计算法结果与此结果相当。结论：外用中药面膜及左旋维生素C联合穴位注射丹参治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效很好，不良反应较少，成本较低，经济实惠，风险小，可临床推广应用。%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of external application by Chinese herbal medicine mask and levorotatory vitamin C combined with acupoint injection of Danshen in treating chloasma. Method 60 patients with chloasma were divided into A, B two groups,group A (treatment group) was treated by Shu-acupoint back injection of Danshen combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask and levorotatory vitamin C;group B (control group)was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with vitamin C in facial mask.VISIA facial brown spot scoring method and the traditional evaluation method (score calculation) were used to evaluate the efficiency of two groups and compared the results. Results The clinical A group total effective rate was 98%, the clinical total effective rate was 96% in B group(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance.A group basic cure rate and effective rate was higher than that of group B,VISIA score and the score of facial brown spot and the results calculated by equivalent. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of external application of Chinese herbal medicine mask and levorotatory vitamin C combined with acupoint injection of Danshen in treating chloasma is good,and has the advantages of less adverse reaction, low cost,economic benefits,lower risks.
