Objective To explore the effectiveness of employing one-time use the negative pressure drainage materials (VSD) with full-thickness skin graft in the treatment of limb refractory wounds. Methods From July 2015 to May 2016, 48 cases with limb refractory wounds accepted our treatment. After complete debridement, the wounds were covered by VSD. After the removal of negative pressure VSD devices, full-thickness skin grafting and VSD treatment were performed after debridement depending upon the conditions of granulation tissues. Results After debridement and VSD treatment,the infection of deep-tissue exposure was effectively prevented,and granulation tissues surrounding the exposed areas of tendons and bones grew well. 37 patients who received full-thickness skin graft and VSD treatment at the second stage survived without the occurrence of infection or sinus formation in less than 1.5 months. 11 patients’ wound healing time was more than 1.5 months because of slow - healing wounds. During follow-up ranging form 3 to 10 months,45 patients were satisfied with the morphological appearance and functional recovery of the affected limbs.The satisfactory rate was 94% in total. Conclusion Sequential therapy of VSD and full-thickness skin grafting can serve as a reliable option for patients with limb refractory wounds, after complete debridement, which significantly stimulated the growth of granulation tissues, accelerated the skin healing, shortened remedy period and enhanced success rate for surgery.%目的：探讨一次性负压护创材料（VSD）联合全厚皮片在肢体溃疡创面治疗中的临床应用效果。方法：2015年7月至2016年5月，我科48例肢体部位皮肤软组织溃疡的患者，清创术后应用VSD培养肉芽，待创面肉芽丰满后行负压护创材料联合全厚皮片移植修复。结果：清创加VSD术后，深部组织的感染得到控制，外露的肌腱和骨质也被肉芽组织所覆盖。行植皮加VSD术后，其中37例无感染及窦道形成，移植皮片存活完整，溃疡创面于1.5个月内修复愈合。11例患者术后疗效欠佳，治愈时间超过1.5个月。术后随访3～10个月，45例患者对受累肢体的形态外观和功能恢复感到满意,满意率达94%。结论：在创面修复的治疗中，彻底清创后使用一次性负压护创材料能够帮助创面培养肉芽、促进皮片成活，缩短了治疗周期，提高了手术成功率。
