目的：观察口服自制白癜风丸联合308nm准分子光照射治疗局部白癜风的疗效。方法：将80例白癜风患者随机分为两组，治疗组：40例，给予笔者单位自制白癜风丸口服，同时采用308nm准分子光照射治疗，每周1～2次；对照组：40例，单独采用308nm准分子光照射治疗，每周1～2次，治疗期间停用任何口服及外用药物。治疗12周后进行疗效判定。结果：治疗组：痊愈1例，显效21例，有效7例，无效1例，总有效率80%；对照组：痊愈7例，显效16例，有效13例，无效4例，总有效率57.1%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：口服白癜风丸联合照射308nm准分子光治疗白癜风患者，疗效更佳，患者无痛苦，为治疗白癜风比较理想的方法，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To observe the efifcacy of Baidianfeng pill combined with 308nm excimer light local irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received vitiligo pill made by our hospital, and at the same time, irradiated with the 308nm excimer light (brilliant 360 photonic platform) 1-2 times per week. Patients in control group were only treated with 308 excimer light irradiation therapy. No patient used any oral and topical drugs during the study. The total efifcacy was evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment.Results In the treatment group, 11 cases were cured, 21 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective, 1 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 80%. And in the control group, cured in 16 cases, markedly effective in 13 cases, effective in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 57.1%. This difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The vitiligo pill combined with 308 excimer light irradiation is more effective with no pain. It is the more ideal method in the treatment of vitiligo currently, and it is worth clinical promotion.
